This User Agreement ("Terms") governs your use of Fun Poker Spin (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Fun Poker Spin is a social/casual game intended purely for entertainment. It simulates casino-style poker using play-money virtual chips. It offers no real-money gambling, wagering, or prizes.
1. Entertainment Only — No Real-Money Gambling
The Game simulates casino-style poker with play-money virtual chips. It does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, or prizes, and success or "winnings" in the Game do not imply future success in any real-money activity.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use a simulated casino game (and at least 17 years old) to play. By using the Game you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
4. Virtual Chips & Items
- Virtual chips, coins, avatars, card backs, and other in-Game items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or anything of value.
- You do not own virtual items; you hold a limited license to use them within the Game.
- Virtual items are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged outside the Game.
- We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual items and balances as part of normal operation or updates.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the Game except as permitted by law;
- Use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits to alter gameplay or balances;
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its code, artwork, text, sounds, and design, is owned by the developer and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Game. Because the Game is free and uses no-value virtual chips, any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Game (which is zero).
9. Updates & Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time without notice. New versions may be subject to updated Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
